About Call Guard Free v2.6.1 This is a short guide explaining how you can install an app you found here on your phone. I’m also going to show you a way that’s a lot easier then the standard method everyone uses.
Please make sure your phone has “Call Guard Free v2.6.1 apk” enabled in it’s settings! To check this go to Settings -> Applications -> Unknown Sources and check the box. Overview: With Call Guard (Call Blocker) you can block incoming calls/sms (text messages) or outgoing calls.
✔ Three auto modes of operation – drop call (will send to voice mail if VM enabled or busy signal if no VM enabled), pick up/hang up mode (no voicemail, no busy signal, will LITERALLY PICK UP and then HANG UP) or muted (discret blocking without the other party knowing that they are being blocked, ringer set to mute) either via filter or general settings.

✔ Block all calls, block hidden numbers, block calls from callers not in your contact list. Add white and black lists. Delete blocked calls from the log.
✔ Block outgoing calls – all outgoing, all from your contact list, all not in your contact list, block outgoing based on a black list.
✔ Block numbers by template (0180,0181etc.)
✔ Password protection for the app under settings, useful when you block outgoing calls.
✔ Block all incoming SMS (text messages), block unknown numbers or add a white or black list for SMS. No traces/logs are being left of blocked SMS/text messages in other messaging apps.
✔ Block SMS containing text (comma separated list of keywords)
✔ Use general settings or add filters for a specific day and/or time.
✔ Filters could be tailored by days of the week, time of the day
✔ Reply with a predefined SMS for all the blocked incoming Calls or Text Messages (filter or general settings).
✔ Delete call log entry for blocked calls.

✔ Customizable Notification for the missed calls (you can use a custom text like “update available” to hide the fact that a certain call/sms was blocked. (stealth and invisible blocked sms and calls)
✔ Keep an in app history for all blocked calls and text messages.
✔ Easy accesible statistics inside the app for all blocked events.
✔ Notification system for blocked calls/sms – normal notification, sound notification, led and vibration.
IMPORTANT:
- LG Optimus running Android 2.2 is not supported
